Do we really need to have it all sorted?
What does that even look like?
It reminds us of perfectionism, which is really just an illusion.
Accepting that we don’t have it all sorted is like breathing deeply into the belly and letting go. Being ok with that also means we know who we are, and refuse to chase a program that comes from the pressures form society.
Not having it all sorted can look like:
- A messy home but happy kids.
- Getting back to people a little bit later than you want to because you’re prioritising your health.
- Being in flow.
- Knowing what matters to you, rather than pleasing others.
We could go on and on. How can you enjoy not having it all sorted and being at peace with what is important to you right now.
