    • Spiritual Grounding & Growth (deepen connection to faith, purpose, and absolute truth)
    • Pick Your Chosen Few (surround yourself with people who challenge and elevate you — iron sharpens iron)

    Phase 2: Strengthen Ownership

    • Turn Trauma into Power (use pain, failure, and mistakes as rocket fuel)
    • Armor Up Physically & Mentally (build a resilient body and mind through exercise, heart-rate training, and better nutrition)
    • Relentless Evolution (never stop improving your mind, body, skills, and environment — cut distractions)

    Phase 3: Application Mastery

    • Wit, Resilience & Social Mastery (stay sharp under pressure, build high-value relationships, communicate effectively, and remain appropriate in every situation)
    • Redemption Through Action (find and fix mistakes quickly, then keep moving forward)

    Phase 4: Higher Purpose

    • Legacy Over Ego (focus on long-term impact instead of short-term validation)
    • Living Life to the Fullest (work hard, play hard, seek adventure and meaningful experiences)
