The Butler Eagle named its third annual Male and Female Athletes of the Year this week: Butler senior baseball player Nolan Stefaniak and North Catholic senior soccer and flag football player Simone Sharpless. The two local standouts joined us in the studio this week to talk about their championship-winning and record-setting seasons, the people who molded them into the athletes they are now and what's next for their athletic careers.

Sharpless talks about her lifelong interest in learning to fly, and both of them share hilarious stories about the sibling shenanigans they got into over the years — including the story behind the hole in the Stefaniak house wall.
