About Amy Tostenson I've been in healthcare since 1999 and a nurse for the past 20 years. Seeing our healthcare system as broken and a business makes it difficult to advocate for patients. I take a holistic approach. I care for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit/soul. The rising of the phoenix represents rising from the ashes, rebirth and full transformation. The name has personal meaning to me. I came from a childhood full of adversities that led to many destructive behaviors. I have myself risen from the ashes into a fulfilling life with peace and true happiness. I specialize in trauma healing and maintaining recovery from addictions. I want to work with anyone who is feeling stuck and simply wanting more out of life. It is my passion and purpose to help clients REBUILD Confidence, REIGNITE Inner Strength, and RISE into a life of clarity, purpose, and true happiness. I also write and do speaking engagements.
