'Songs I heard' se titula el disco que el cantante barcelonés Ramón Mirabet ha grabado junto a Perico Sambeat (saxos alto y soprano), Albert Sanz (piano), Masa Kamaguchi (contrabajo) y Jorge Rossy (batería) con obras que escuchaba de niño en casa con sus padres como 'Three coins in the fountain de Jule Styne y Sammy Cahn, 'I get along without you very well' de Hoagy Carmichael, 'The lady is a tramp' de Rodgers y Hart, 'I must have that girl' de Dorothy Fields y Jimmy McHugh, 'Hard times' de Ray Charles o 'That´s all' de Bob Haymes y Alan Brandt, pero también 'Grace' de Jeff Buckley que remite a su adolescencia. La también barcelonesa y cantante Diana Palau ha publicado con su cuarteto (el guitarrista Rai Paz, el contrabajista Pau Lligadas y el baterista Joan Moll) el disco 'As long as you agree' que contiene más clásicos estadounidenses: 'This could be the start of something big', 'The more I see you', 'Autumn in New York, 'I thought about you' o 'I´m old fashioned'.
