The Fourth of July edition of the Weekly Video Fishing Forecast is loaded with the latest summer action from around Long Island. Offshore and midshore tuna fishing is picking up, with both yellowfin and bluefin making strong showings from 10 miles out to the canyons, while Montauk is producing striped bass to 50 pounds on bucktails, topwater lures and flies. Fluke fishing continues to improve across the South Shore and East End, with quality catches coming from Shinnecock, Moriches and Reynolds Channel. We also feature a fluke tip on matching sand eels, a moon phase outlook with Mark Sedotti, the latest Dream Boat Challenge standings, upcoming events, and a patriotic closing celebrating America's 250th anniversary.
