Originally from Florida, John was drafted straight out of high school and spent years developing his craft as an outfielder and hitter, working his way from Rookie Ball to Triple-A. Along the way, he gained invaluable experience about the mental and physical demands of professional baseball, as well as what it truly takes to compete at the highest levels of the game.
