About this listen
Today’s question is a real one:
✨ Where do I intellectually know I’m worthy… but still don’t feel it in my bones?
Whew. This one grabbed me by the edge of my hoop earrings and sat me all the way down.
Because let’s be honest—a lot of us know we’re worthy.
We say the affirmations.
We’ve read the books.
We’re doing the therapy, the healing, the spiritual work.
But if you still feel like you have to hustle for love…
Overachieve for validation…
Or stay perfect just to be accepted…
Baby, that’s not a motivation problem.
That’s a wound.
That’s the gap between what you know in your mind and what your body still believes.
Shadow work isn’t always crying into a candle or pulling cards—it’s realizing that perfectionism can be a trauma response. That your inner niña, that little girl inside of you, learned early that love had to be earned. That peace came from productivity. That rest meant laziness or danger.
But that’s not truth.
That’s conditioning.
So today, I’m inviting you to get radically honest with yourself.
Ask: Where do I know I’m worthy—but still don’t feel it?
What part of me is still trying to earn space, affection, or success?
And when you find her, be gentle.
That version of you wasn’t created to be shamed.
She was built for protection.
And now? She’s ready to be freed.
If you feel called to work with me, I’d love to have you—but as always, follow your intuition when choosing any spiritual advisor, even if that means you don’t work with me.
And if this series is helping you, please support it in whatever way you can—like, comment, share, or even send it to yourself. These platforms don’t pay me or monetize this work, but your engagement keeps this medicine moving.
Thank you for being here.
I love you.
And we keep going. 💛🔥
