Deep down in everyman and woman there is an instinctual understanding of right and wrong. I am not talking about the laws of the land or what we learned at our mother's knee. but deep within each of us, we know at the gut level, if our actions are good or bad for our soul.

It's like when a person finds money, in that moment it can feel like a blessing, that God put it there because that is just what we need. But in doing this, it will eat away as us, it might takes hours, days, or even weeks, but the guilt will set in eventually at the gut level, and if we don't make this right, we will suffer the consequences. this sin - I can't imagine a better word to described something that eats away at our soul-will be the undoing of us, unless we make it right.

By feeding and nurturing our soul, all day long, when these moments happen, we do the right thing and thus we can live with ourselves, we can know peace of mind and self worth.
