Welcome back to anther Class Chat. In this episode Will catches up with Shannon Burke who hails from Ballinrobe in County Mayo. Shannon is an elite Irish Amateur and in 2025 alone won 4 times including Leinster, Munster and Connacht championships and completed her season by winning the Leinster Mid Am in Rosslare. To note that the Connacht championship alluded her for a number of years so that was one that gave her a lot of satisfaction. Sticking with 2025 Shannon also won a Senior Cup all Ireland medal with her new home Douglas golf club who not only won the double this year but the women in Douglas won back to back 2024 and 2025. Let us not forget that Shannon and her Irish teammates won Bronze at the European Mid Am Team Championships in Spain. Was this the dream season for Shannon? Tune in to find out...
