    So why did we decide to start a podcast, or even the agency in the first place?

    Every day, we see polished feeds, perfect launches, and overnight “success” stories. What you don’t see is the messy thinking, the wrong turns, the awkward conversations, and the things that actually happen behind the content.

    This podcast exists to talk about that part.

    In this first episode, we explain why we started Behind The Posts, what pushed us to hit record, and what we felt was missing from the marketing and business conversations online.
