The Word says in 1 Peter 5:8–9 to be sober and vigilant because the enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. But as believers, we already have the authority to stand strong and reign through Jesus Christ. Our battle isn’t fought in the natural but in the spirit — as 2 Corinthians 10:3 reminds us, “Though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.”
Reigning in life means knowing who you are in Christ, guarding your heart and thoughts, and declaring God’s Word with boldness. When you resist the enemy and hold fast to God’s promises, victory is inevitable. You were created to overcome, to walk in peace, and to live from a place of dominion.
