About this listen
January: On Existence
January 13
Today's reflection was inspired by a quote from Pooh's Little Instruction Book written by Joan Powers and illustrated by Ernest H. Shepard.
There is no end to the stream of information available to us--and sometimes it feels like it's being shoved down our throats. We're told what to buy, how to think, how to react, and there's a pressure on us to "stay connected" at all times.
But it's not sustainable, nor is it healthy.
In today's episode we explore what it means to consciously slow down and reflect on our lives and actions while practicing the art of not bothering.
- Reflection title: Don't Bother Bothering
- Creative inspiration: Joan Powers and Ernest H. Shepard, Pooh's Little Instruction Book.
- Reflection Question: What will I actively tune out and not bother with today?
