A well paced, engaging and enjoyable story that kept me intrigued from start to finish. At times flirting with the fantastical, but always returning to the believable, cleverly weaving a careful path between the two. With characters that you could believe in and indeed root for, I found myself smiling on the inside as their theirs and the book’s story unfolded. Very much looking forward to listening to the next one!
