There is nothing quite like the frustrating dread that accompanies the realisation that you have forgotten something. This novel imagines the enemy that can be fought only in this feeling. An utterly unique thriller set in a world where some memories are forgotten to save the minds they were in.

The concept of this story is large and complex, but it is written so expertly that you never feel fully adrift. A gripping tale, and one that will stay with you.
