Being a monster is a term used regularly in this book so the plot is really about who is the most monstrous, Natasha, Daniel or the wives? Well narrated, pacy plot and a couple of twists at the end.

Who is the most monstrous out of all them?

I admit to being addicted to Valerie Keogh's books and waited with bated breath to read this one, and I wasn't disappointed.
Natasha has worked as a nurse for more years than she cares to admit, so when she meets the charismatic, handsome Daniel, it's easy to see why he can quickly sweep her off her feet.

Marrying quickly, she soon settles down to her new life of luxury, and when her new groom offers to pay for a cruise for her three best friends and their husbands, she immediately gets on the phone to invite them all. Unfortunately, she doesn't get the squeals of excitement she had been expecting, but after some thought and getting back to her, they all agree to come along.

From what Natasha has gathered about Daniel, he works hard and isn't afraid to tread on toes to get what he wants. But whose toes will he step on, and how far will he go to achieve his goals?

This fast-paced, dramatic tale is slightly repetitive, but I loved the detailed characters and their partnerships.
As a wise man once said, 'If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.'
What does Daniel have in store for them all? Is he the gentleman he likes to portray?

Easy to read.
