Got about 4 hours in before I finally gave up. The dialogue just felt so flat that I couldn’t engage with any of the characters. Constantly revisiting the same character relationships and incentives over and over felt very repetitive. The idea could have been good, but the execution doesn’t do it justice. The narration is good though.

Good narration, flat and repetitive storytelling

A charming adventure story with a new mum as its protagonist is not what I would have sought out but I needed it. Not perfect but a great book.

A must read for new mums

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, exploring the new worlds and layers of reality. The storytelling was great and the narration was really good. There was a lot of different characters to keep track of and I did get a bit lost and mixed up but otherwise I loved it. I’ll definitely be downloading the next in the series.
