A fabulously narrated piece of romantic escapism with a gorgeous hero, relatable heroine and packed with all the feels. Phoebe Macleod at her best, I listened to it all in one go!

This was a nice listen and a true romance.

The story was in 2 parts, the first one was Ella being in an office job in Leeds and living with her long-term boyfriend Lee, who was self centred.

The second part was Ella moving down to Kent for a new job as a project manager on a building site and meeting Noah.

It was a good story but not gripping although I managed to listen to it within 2 days.

Victoria Fox is a good narrator who voices different characters very well.

I bought this book when it was in the Autumn Sale but I would not have spent a credit on it. But saying that it was nice to listen to a story where a female was a boss on a building site, so yes I do recommend this listen 🌠
