About this listen

Do They Know It's Christmas Yet?, Book 3 is here! And it starts right after the end of Did They Steal a Million Yet? How long can Tash tolerate 1984? And how about 1985...in another country?

The reluctant time travelers are spending one final Christmas together—although only one of them knows it. So, why the hell can’t that be straightforward, either? And do Raymond and Maureen need to be part of every single thing?

Could you play cupid to your brother or sister? And how long would you throw at it? Thirty-four years?

Grab your passport, this is going to take some time....

James Crookes has been writing comedy for TV and radio for more than 20 years. He has contributed to shows on BBC One, CBBC, and CBeebies, along with producing and co-presenting the Bauer Radio breakfast show Big John @ Breakfast since 2004.

Wish You Were Here Yet? is his third novel.

You probably know by now, but just a reminder that Tash has a bit of a habit to swear from time to time.

Nooooooo, omg, I haven’t enjoyed anything in ages as much as these three books, which, if possible got more complicated and funny each time, I’m so sad that I’ve just finished the last one, wonder if James would adopt me so I can live this everyday lol…. The ending tho…. ERNEST howwwwww come on book 4, 456789 and onwards, I literally can’t wait, might buy a Sinclair, see if I can go forward in time for what comes next, but, I guess, in reality, I’ll just have to wait…. Fsake ♥️♥️♥️

I’m extremely invested in all of the characters. Excellent writing I can not fault the story telling. I thoroughly enjoyed reading and listening to this story.

Long and not so punchy as books 1 & 2, still a good listen irrespective of that

Absolutely fantastic. A thoroughly enjoyable second sequel to the brilliant original. Listening to this on my daily commute I would wait in my van when I had arrived at my destination and continue listening. I was so saddened when it ended as I wonder what on earth am I going to listen to now?

The characters are wonderfully written and James’ narration is perfect.

While this book rounds off the whole narrative it has left it open for another few books perhaps?

Phenomenal
