About this listen

A Navy SEAL who wants seclusion. A diva who craves the spotlight. The deal they make could give them both what they need...if they don’t kill each other first! Reality TV has never been so hot!

Navy SEAL Clay "Dirtman" Hagan's retirement plans are simple. Buy the dilapidated beachfront cottage he found listed for a song, fix it up, and live out his days in solitude. Everything is set until an anonymous bidder drives up the price of his future paradise.

TV talk show host Tasha Jones is flying high, until one word—canceled—sends her crashing. Now she's looking to resurrect her career with a new home renovation show if they can get around the buyer standing in the way of the perfect property.

When the competition turns out to be the obnoxious a-hole from her embarrassing drunken one-night stand, the battle for the property really heats up as the insults - and the sparks - fly. The producer notices the chemistry between them and decides the viewers will too, and Hot House is born.

If Clay agrees to have the self-centered star and her cameras in his house for the duration of the show, he walks away as the owner in the end. If Tasha can put up with living in the bungalow with the Neanderthal control freak during the construction, she gets a hit show and her career back. Win-win.

It shouldn't be too hard since the director loves when they argue on camera, which is good since they agree on nothing. Well, almost nothing. They do both agree that they pretty much hate each other and neither one wants a repeat of their one night together.... So why does it keep happening?

Absolutely love an enemies to lovers audiobook but this one went above and beyond by adding in so much comedy as well! Absolutely loved their banter. Chemistry was hot, lots of heat, comedy and satisfaction. Really enjoyed this audiobook. Excellent narrator!

Personally, I love enemies to lovers romance, Hot SEAL, Dirty Martini, definitely delivered. The icing on the cake was the humour and delightful characters. Clay aka Dirtman is ready for retirement at his fixer-upper beachfront cottage. Then comes along, Tasha Jones, a TV host personality, out to redeem her self with a home-reno show. Both are on a collision course, and when they do collide, sparks fly, whether they like it or not. I just loved the witty dialogue and the red-hot chemistry, they were literally on fire. Of the Hot SEAL series, Dirty Martini is unquestionably my favourite and the most memorable, with great laugh-out-loud moments.

The narration by Sean Posvistak is superb, his portrayal of the characters and infections were spot-on. I genuinely enjoyed Dirty Martini, it was hilarious, steamy, and the characters were utterly fabulous. I'm definitely recommending this audiobook.

Don't listen when in public!! People will look at you funny when you randomly burst out laughing for no reason. This book was highly entertaining and a ton of fun. I love the author and the narrator. The two combined made for an unforgettable story that I know I will listen to again when I needed something fun.

Clay wants to buy a specific house for his retirement. Tasha is a TV personality who is desperate for a new show now that she was let go of her prior show. She has the opportunity to do a reality tv show about renovating a house, Clay's retirement home. Sparks fly and not always the good ones because Clay was really mean in the beginning and it was a little difficult to see how the romantic feelings evolved just because he was so mean in the beginning. But there is chemistry and there were some fun situations given they were in a reality tv show situation. I enjoyed the book overall and especially because i listened to the audiobook and really liked Sean Posvistak's narration. He narrates multiple Cat Johnson books and he has such a great voice to play a slightly comedic role. He also does really well with the different voices, including female voices. I liked the 3 books i've now listened with him narrating.

Clay is a retired Seal who just wants to buy his house and be left alone. Tasha is trying to figure out what to do after her show is cancelled. A new TV show wants to have her host while a house is being remodeled. They want Clay's house and he has to sign on to do the show to get his house. This story shows their relationship growth through hiding from the cameras and mics in the house. Good entertaining story.
