Sleep smarter

This Audiobook Will Send You to Sleep makes no claims to be fun or interesting. It is an audiobook you can listen to in full confidence that you will find absolutely nothing to stimulate your brain. An audiobook, like no other, that will afford you much sleep and copious amounts of pointless knowledge.

Where else will you hear about the political crisis in Belgium 2007–2011 or study the growth pattern of holly? And from where else can you find, in one place, an overview of railway gauges, a summary of the administrative bureaucracy of the Byzantine Empire and instructions for the creation of a collapsible music stand?

Prepare to fall fast asleep with the most boring audiobook ever published.

Includes soothing soundscape to help send you to sleep.

After developing chronic insomnia I wasn’t sure I would ever sleep again but this audio book gets me to sleep within 10 minutes of listening most nights!!!

Finally sleeping

I've already listened to this all the way through twice and I've barely heard more than a few minutes, something about the voice and the content means I drop off almost immediately. I love it and I think I'll be listening for many years.

Excellent sleep help

I can’t wait for the sequel but hope that it isn’t quite as interesting as this one. It does the job of sending me to sleep most of the time but my insomnia is resistant to the charms of the excellent Mr Alexander on occasion.

Wonderfully random

I've tagged this as finished, but there's quite a bit I haven't heard, having fallen asleep... Awake now, though - the last half hour does not feature the wonderfully relaxing narration of sometimes strange things, but the sound of the sea. It was like listening to static, which irritates me. Otherwise I am well pleased with the download, and will begin again as soon as I've finished this review!

Zzzzzzz

This is great. So inane and odd, the first time I listened it took about half an hour for me to fall asleep. This was because I was intrigued. Then once I got my head around it, I found it does exact what it proclaims to do. Some people say the don’t like his voice but I think he sounds very like David Attenborough, quite soothing.
Anyway I can just choose a chapter in any order press play and within five mins I’m fast off :)

Brilliant soooooo puts me to sleep
