I thoroughly enjoyed and loved this audiobook which was even more special as it was also read by Pauline Quirke herself. I adore her accent.

Her journey from X stone to her current weight has truly inspired me to start living a lot more healthy foods and stop over indulging; and I thank her for sharing that story with me and others.
