Excellent tips on how to take charge of your life
Each chapter is easy to follow, with information, guidance and support to take charge of your life for more happiness, joy and self love. There is sound advice from David, to get more of what you want by leading the life you desire when you take charge of it for yourself. The beginning of this book had some background noise that was distracting. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it. I am now looking forward to reading this book.

Needs a professional recording
There are so many extraneous noises in this recording that I had to put the book down and return it. Granted, I didn't make it more than about a half hour in, so maybe it got better, but there is so much snapping and paper moving that I couldn't focus on the subject matter.
