Not concrete

A lot od advertisment on how great it is without tangible examples. It sounds like an attittude to have when conducting change rather than an actual method

too many tables an and figures

This book features a lot of tables, lists and figures. It might be a good read if you have the book on paper, but it is not fit to be an audio book.

Instead read Conversations Worth Having

I am a very big fan of the concept, but this book is very low on practical application. It feels like a sales pitch for the concept, but little useful knowledge came from my listen. In contrast I listed to Conversations Worth Having, which gave me a very handy understanding of how to apply the AI concept to my life. Cheers!
