The book explains the four attachment styles in plain, visually understandable language. The author didn't just list the scientific explanations of what insecure attachment is and what causes it; she includes many vivid individual examples to further round out the explanation. I now have a very clear image of what different types of insecure attachment styles "look" like, how they behave in a relationship, and why. Another charming point is that the book introduces many playful methods of breaking the cycle of insecurity. I like the "54321 senses" method the most, which uses our senses such as hearing, touching, and smelling, and involves writing down the descriptions of what we hear, touch, and smell to calm down when experiencing anxiety. Very well done!
