Only 1 chapter!

I was loving it. The story engaging and superbly delivered. I felt like chapter 1 had set the foundation for an epic story to come, but no, chapter 1 was the story. Shocked!

Just brilliant

An incredibly amazing short story, professionally performed and near perfectly written. I would recommend for anyone looking for a small but entertaining listen, and glimpse into the power of the dark gods...

So good it's scary

Such a morsel of a story, John French writes like a god and the actors raise it to a whole another level. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and I hunger for more.

This was not what I expected for Warhammer book

Mainly battle of minds. It has nice small scale and stakes that are understandable, as opposed to billions of people dying (who we never see).
Looking forward for more Black Library books.
