This is a truly fantastic audiobook that could change your life! It has so much excellent information in it about ACT, CBT and DBT, plus literally hundreds of exercises to help put these approaches into practice. I know that I will listen to some elements of this audiobook multiple times, and that some of the exercises will really help me feel more in control of my life and myself. I’ve started using a few exercises daily and feel more balanced overall. Great for self-work at your own pace. I picked this up because I wanted practical ways to deal with stress and negative thinking, and it delivered. I’ve heard about ACT, CBT, and DBT before, but this is the first time I’ve come across a resource that brings them altogether in an easy to understand method.
