It’s always enjoyable as a 50 something reader/listener to find a good book where the central characters are of your own generation. Hilary Boyd gives us that here. Good character development. Lily is a bit pathetic most of the time, but her backstory makes it clear that she has simply never learned to stand on her own feet, and why that it. The story goes along a decent pace. Recommended.
