The Judge
New partners Kit Kenyon and Noah Lambert are thrown into a horrific murder case that swiftly becomes a hunt for a serial killer. A killer who has decided that he is the Judge, Jury and Executioner. A killer who has at least one of them in his sight. On the hunt they struggle not only to find the murderer but with strong feelings for each other. If they survive maybe they will have the chance at a blessed future together. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this clean romantic suspense with engaging characters through Audible Escape.

Enjoyable read.
It was slow at first for me to get into this book, it took 'a minute', but was great, after I got there.

excellent series
I thoroughly enjoyed this end to the series, other than Kit's feelings toward her adoptive mother.

Whispery narration
I just couldn't deal with the whispery voice of this audible book. At all. So I skipped a lot of it. I can't really evaluate the story much because of that. Good mystery and suspense.

Narrator needs to practice.
Sometimes the narrator spoke so softly that I could not hear her unless I turned up the volume. Then she'd talk so loudly I'd have to lower the volume in a hurry. It was totally frustrating and I will not buy another book when she is narrator. She also was not very distinctive between the characters. The story was a good one but since I had to keep my hand on the volume control I could not thoroughly enjoy it.

Loved this book.
It was a great book. It kept me guessing and interested to see the outcome. I also loved the emphasis on the faith of the characters. Their ups and downs and the fact of redemption.

good story narrator could be better
This is a good Easton story with a little bit of romance and a whole lot of mystery, although I knew who the murderer was fairly early. The author's voice was hard to hear at times when she went quiet. It was a little bit distracting.
