Yoga is more than just a daily exercise, it's a practicing lifestyle that can change your outlook on life for the better. Everything that Rayna Zara has to offer in this book is beneficial in every sense of the word and has changed my outlook on things even as a experienced yoga enthusiast. 5 Stars!

perfect morning flow

just getting back into yoga after a long absence. This flow was just what I needed for the morning. Good pace, good descriptions, I felt like I was in her class.

Great way to start or end the day

I enjoyed this as a nice way to wake up and feel awake and ready to start my day. The narrator spoke clearly and was very pleasant. Just enough time for me to feel relaxed and get the blood flowing

Good idea

I love the narrator's casual soothing style. These are so great for squeezing in some centering movement without having to set up a video. A basic knowledge of yoga is probably a good idea.

surprising!

These flows are easy and slow enough to do first thing in the morning when my body is still sleepy, and short enough to do even when I wake up late. I always feel refreshed and loosened up after. Almost better than a massage... almost.

Super Relaxing

I've never done yoga before, and I don't feel self conscious with this. she explains everything really well to where I feel confident doing the poses, and her voice is so relaxing. It's my new favorite way to start my day!
