Bunch of helpful info

i was able to learn a ton of great recipes and dieting tips that I never knew before. I have already began to implement them into my everyday life and the weight is starting to come off. The best part is the diets are very flexible and simple to follow. I recommend this audiobook to anyone stuggling with their weight or their health.

Provides great insight on both diets

This audiobook goes into great detail on both the Mediterranean diet and the 30 says of whole foods diet. I was able to take a lot away from both and really put myself on track to finally lose some weight. It even provides you with some recipes so there is no guess-work. The narrators spoke clearly and were a pleasure to listen to. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to get on a clear-cut path to weight loss.

Full of very helpful weight loss information.

As someone who has been dieting most of her life, I can say that this book was exceptionally helpful. The fat burning secrets and the meal plans were ones that I had never heard before and I am confident that they will help me in my continued struggle with weight loss.

Both narrators were extremely articulate and easy to follow. They made listening to the book enjoyable.

Overall, I feel as though I learned a great deal, and I would definitely recommend this audiobook bundle.
