Feeling Constantly Overwhelmed? Trapped in Anxiety, Chronic Stress, or Emotional Chaos?

What if the reason you struggle to relax isn’t about trying harder—but about how your nervous system is wired?

If you struggle with stress, anxiety, burnout, autism, ADHD, sensory overload, or just feeling on edge all the time…This 28-day polyvagal workbook gives you a science-backed plan to regulate your nervous system without overwhelm or endless therapy.

Most self-help books focus on mindset shifts, but stress isn’t just in your mind—it’s in your body. I had the opportunity to listen to this book and I'm glad I did. I've been curious about the Polyvagal Theory and the author does an excellent job of explaining what it is and how to use it to help calm yourself down. It's not like all the other books in a similar niche that just say change your mindset and you'll feel better. No, the author talks about changing your body by doing very simple little exercises each day for about a month. Those exercises really do seem to have an impact in helping me manage my emotions and with anxiety. Great listen!
