Great Listen

What a grat listen, I found this audiobook extremely empowering and the narrator's voice was very reassuring and calming.

This gave me new perspective on many things, my confidence has grown and I feel more at peace with myself.

Instant stress relief!

As a busy mom juggling work and family, stress and worries consume me often. This audiobook came to me at just the right time, offering quick and effective techniques to ease my mind and boost my confidence in just minutes. I wasn't sure if I would learn anything new, but there are many chapters that focus on genius ideas I've never come across before. You can't get this information by doing a google search. I love how practical and easy-to-follow the tips are. Whether it's stopping stress in its tracks or quieting my mind chatter, these techniques have become invaluable tools in my daily life. Plus, the author's experience as a hypnotherapist shines through, providing a reassuring guide every step of the way. His voice is also very pleasant to listen to!

I feel better for hearing this!

I really enjoyed this audiobook, James' voice has a nice quality that fits perfectly with the book's topic of managing stress and feeling better.

I tried the practical exercises and they woirked. James guides you through simple techniques that can make a big difference, especially when you're feeling anxious. The breathing exercises are surprisingly powerful, and I love that you can use them anytime, anywhere.

A great self help book

This book discusses 21 ways in which we can start feeling better about ourself. It’s very resourceful and provides multiple options to choose from. I personally noted quite a few things I do that hurts my mental health, and plan to try the practical steps the author suggested to help me overcome this. The narration is excellent, done very professionally.

Let the Stress Melt away

This audiobook is a game-changer. Packed with practical techniques, it empowers you to feel better immediately, many within just five minutes!

The author dives deep, exploring the "why" behind your emotions, equipping you with the knowledge and tools to transform them. I liked the explanation of how our emotions are meant to give us information instead of dictating how we feel. This has helped me separate from my immediate reactions and respond instead of react.

I also really resonated with the "Haven" method of stress relief, although practicing some of these methods while driving is no the best idea!

Thanks so much for this informative and practical knowledge. I do wish they taught this type of stuff in school!

So happy I stumbled over this audio book!

I listened to a lot of audio books in the self-development niche and have to say that I'm happy I added this one to the list. I will also recommend it on my blog... Apart from the fact that I loved the tips I really enjoyed the author's voice and way of reading. I always like when authors read themselves and James Brannan did an amazing job here! I will listen to this audio book again and also recommend it to friends.
