Fantastic collection of stories
One of the best Star Wars books released this year[...] With a range of styles and characters, there's a lot here to talk about. The From A Certain Point of View series, tied around the 40th anniversary of each movie, continues to be a fun event and a way to see Star Wars takes from some of today's top authors. If you liked the A New Hope installment, you'll get a lot of bang for your buck from the second book.
If you love Star Wars then this book is for you. I personally can't wait for the Return of the Jedi edition... an excellent Christmas/Hannukah gift for any Star Wars fan out there.
Absolutely recommend it ... the work that has gone into this is outstanding ... the selection of authors is wonderful, diverse, a lot of different voices to be heard

as with the first hook, a lot if background is fleshed out. ESB is my favourite film, to hear about veers and ozzie was great

more excellent stuff

....a notible drop in quality. Most of the stories failed to hold my interest. It was quite a chore to finish the whole book. The narrators did fine with the material they had, but even the best performance can't elevate uninteresting stories and pedestrian writing. Such a shame. Undoubtedly the worst thing I've listened to on audible.

Nowhere near as good as the first one....

In general this book is a collection of amusing stories with just a handful of them noteworthy. Certainly better than the previous "Star Wars From Certain Point of View", but most of the stories are lacklustre and add absolutely nothing of value to the Star Wars Universe. The performances are overall good, with just a few really bothersome due to exaggerated sound effects o irritating voice acting, especially the way the Ugnaughts squeal every time they talk in the story “Bespin Escape”.

Entertaining but nothing special.

Loved the Palpatine chapter. It’s just a shame that a solid Palpatine chapter is followed by something like half an hour with the space worm. Would have been a solid 10 if it focused on interesting characters, but unfortunately there was far too much time spent on Hoth, and with characters that no one cares about. That being said, when focusing on the main characters we all know and love, it’s great, and the performers do a solid job

A solid second chapter

Although I would say a lot of this one is more forgettable than the predecessor, there are still some great stories in here, but I must admit I expected more considering Empire is by far the best of the films. Performances are fanastic!

Not as good as A New Hope, but still some great stories.
