AMAZING GUIDE!!

Exercise is essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. I like this guide, as it offers simple exercises for seniors that can help them keep their bodies healthy and fit. I can't wait to start my yoga practice

Excellent yoga guide book! I didn't know there is such profound knowledge behind breathing in yoga practice. I attended a few yoga classes and the instructor always said "inhale" and "exhale" while we were practicing different yoga positions. I thought it was just part of yoga, but now I know that breathing, alignment, and posturing must be practiced together properly to get the best result. The book introduces 13 five-minute yoga exercises and even includes yoga for various purposes such as boosting energy, relieving back pain, stress relief, and more, each with detailed step-by-step guidance. I can't wait to start my yoga practice!
