あれは皆どぶの中に住んでいるのです。北京にはどこにもどぶがありますからね」幾日か過ぎると、
エロシンコ君はいくつかのお玉杓子を買って来て池に離した。
お玉杓子は常に隊を組み群をなして水の中に游泳している。エロシンコ君は暇さえあると、
彼等を訪問していた。ある日、田舎者が小鴨をたくさん持って来た。とても可愛らしいので4つも買って庭に離した。
子鴨たちは池で行水していたが、彼等が陸へ上った後、池におたまじゃくしは一つも見当たらなかった。
魯迅（ろじん1881年9月25日 – 1936年10月19日）
中国の小説家、翻訳家、思想家。本名は周樹人（しゅうじゅじん）
浙江省紹興府の士大夫の家系に生まれ、中国で最も早く西洋の技法を用いて小説を書いた作家であり、
その作品は、中国だけでなく、東アジアでも広く愛読されている。
日本でも中学校用のすべての国語教科書に彼の作品が収録されている。
代表作に「阿Q正伝」「狂人日記」「故郷」「藤野先生」などがある。
