「国の借金は1000兆円を超える。日本人1人あたり800万円以上の借金を背負っている計算になる。子や孫の世代にツケを残さないためにも消費増税は不可欠だ」ーー新聞やテレビでもさんざん流されるから、このようなロジックを耳にしたことはあるだろう。でも、全部デタラメだ。そもそも、バランスシートの負債の部だけを取りあげて1000兆円の借金とは会計上でも間違っている。
政府資産は672兆円もあるし、そもそも負債の部にある「公債」「短期証券」のうち500兆円は政府の子会社である日本銀行の持ち分だ。連結決算すればチャラだし、そもそも現在、日銀の黒田東彦総裁は財務官時代に日本の格付けをボツアナ以下にした海外格付け会社に「日米などの先進国の自国通貨立て国債のデフォルトは考えられない」と抗議していたくらいだ。
　それなのに、国内に向けては「財政破綻論」をまき散らす。黒幕は財務省だ。国際機関（財務省OBの天下り先）を使って「増税せよ」と外圧をかけてくる。そして、緊縮財政を実行して、日本国を小国化させようとする。国益よりも省益が大事なのだ。このままでは「亡国」に至ること必至だ。
