質問が「思考のスイッチ」を入れる

戦略やビジネスモデルを発想するためのスタートが「ひらめき」であるのはいうまでもない。
そのために、いかに脳に非日常性を与えるかが重要だと思う。それを実現するための有力な方法のひとつが、戦略質問である。
一例を紹介すると、

「あなたの会社は新しい戦略を策定されましたが、それにより、どこが弱くなりますか？」

という質問がある。
立案された戦略が、本当に戦略になっているか（「選択と集中」がおこなわれているか）を問う質問である。戦略であれば、「選択と集中」の犠牲になる領域があるはずだ。元来、戦略は膨張しやすい。戦略策定の初期段階では、「選択と集中」を肝に銘じつつ、いろいろな議論がおこなわれる。その中で、ここも問題とか、ここも対応が必要、となる。結局、選択と集中どころか、戦略は予定調和、八方美人対応になってしまう。この質問への回答を参考に、企業のミッションとその寿命、ディレクション（「やること／やらないことの範囲」）を明確にしていく。
