これから就職活動を予定している、学生さんたちに向けて話をしたいと思います。 アドバイスを試みるにあたって、〈場〉というテーマについて考えてみたいと思います。〈場〉というのは、ビジネスはもちろん、生きる上で非常に重要な概念です。 〈場〉というものを考える上で、「与贈循環」という概念があります。みなさんがある場所にいられるというのは、その場所に対して何かしら「プレゼント」をしているからです。プレゼントをするから、〈場〉が豊かになり、そこにいられるようになる、ということです。 〈場〉にあまり貢献していない人は、結局、居心地が悪くなって出て行ってしまいますよね。例えば、大学のサークル活動もそうです。いろいろ恩恵を受け取るばっかりで、なかなか貢献できない人は、自然と居場所がなくなって居づらくなり、出て行ってしまう。それは社会においても同様です。（本文より）小山龍介の「ライフハック・ストリート」はこちらから→https://yakan-hiko.com/koyama.html
