習近平はプーチンのウクライナ軍事侵攻には反対だ。なぜなら攻撃の口実がウクライナにいる少数民族（ロシア人）の虐待で、その独立を認めたからだ。
これは中国のウイグルなどの少数民族の独立を認めることに相当し賛同できない。
しかしアメリカから制裁を受けている国同士として経済的には協力していく。これを筆者は【軍冷経熱】という言葉で表している。ロシアが豊富なエネルギー資源を持っていることも【経熱】の理由だ。ロシアがSWIFT制裁を受けていることをチャンスと捉え、習近平は人民元による脱ドル経済圏を形成しようとしている。中国はEUともウクライナとも仲良くしていたい。
一方、ウクライナは本来、中立を目指していた。それを崩したのは2009年当時のバイデン副大統領だ。「ウクライナがNATOに加盟すれば、アメリカは強くウクライナを支持する」と甘い罠をしかけ、一方では狂気のプーチンに「ウクライナが戦争になっても米軍は介入しない」と告げて、軍事攻撃に誘い込んだ。第二次世界大戦以降のアメリカの戦争ビジネスの正体を正視しない限り、人類は永遠に戦争から逃れることはできない。
