著者紹介

山崎雅保（やまざき・まさやす）
1949年、東京生まれ。心理カウンセラー、心理健康ジャーナリスト。長年、カウンセラーとして研鑽を積んだのち、2002年1月、神奈川県川崎市に心のクリニック「ハートピット」を設立。
