Wendy Moore is an author and journalist. She has written five non-fiction books about stories from medical and social history which she wants to share with a wider audience. Her latest book is Endell Street: The Trailblazing Women who ran World War One's Most Remarkable Military Hospital, which tells the story of a hospital run entirely by women in London in the First World War. Wendy trained as a journalist and worked in newspapers and magazines before writing her first book, The Knife Man, published in 2005.
