Jody Holland was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle. He began writing stories, poetry, and plays at a very early age. By the time he was 10 years old, he was fully in love with creating and writing was the perfect medium for that creation. His perfect escape was to find ways to simplify the complexities around him. He began trying to help people find their potential by the time he hit high school. He would continue that path through college earning a B.A. in Communications, with a minor in English Literature. He continued his education, earning a M.S. in Psychology. In 1999, he began his company with a focus on building the potential of executives and leaders. He has written and developed team-building, leadership, sales, service, face-reading, and other programs based on increasing connection with others. Jody has written and published 20+ books and more than 30 training programs. He has worked in 14 countries, been the keynote speaker more than 300 times at conferences, lead countless breakout sessions, coached hundreds of entrepreneurs, leaders, and executives, and trained thousands of executives and sales reps.
