West of Perfection is a coaching and consulting firm that helps professionals grow in leadership through research-based professional development training, coaching, and masterminds. A natural leader, Mary Katherine ran Division I cross country for the University of Kentucky, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a dual degree in Corporate Communications and Political Science. She served as Student Body President and was honored as the University of Kentucky Homecoming Queen.
