Jennifer Davis Bio Since the age of 17, co-Founder and former CEO of Davisware, Jennifer Davis, has been at the epicenter of business technology transformations in thousands of field services businesses. A self-proclaimed "unicorn," Jennifer co-founded Davisware with her husband, Dan, in 1988. The company strategically focused on operational efficiency, supporting the growth and success of their clients' field services businesses through leading-edge technology, and supported by their global team of nearly 200 empathetic and creative problem-solvers. Throughout their 31 years of passionate pursuit of excellence, Davisware built a reputation of industry-leading teams, customers, and culture, which allowed us to create innovative technology solutions. Davisware turned the page in the next chapter of their story when the Davis' took on private equity partners, Serent Capital, in 2019. Jennifer recently stepped down as CEO, maintaining an active role in the business with her passion for the industry and customers in the role of President. Business success is a single page of Jennifer's story. She left her smalltown Wisconsin home at just 17, where her entrepreneurial parents raised her with her eight siblings. Jennifer grew up professionally and personally during her career, adding a husband and ten kids residing in eight states to her vast professional responsibilities. Outside of demanding work and home schedules, Jennifer has been a passionate coach and community servant, having coached hundreds of youth athletes and serving in a vast quantity of volunteer roles. In addition, she has an insatiable curiosity that she has found time to fulfill through learning, exploration, adventure, and travel. She was recently nominated to serve on the board of directors for the United Nations for Woman USA as the treasurer of that organization, where she hopes to share these passions with others. The key to her success is also the title of this book, Living Exponentially. It reveals how you can dismiss the myth of work-life balance by seeing life holistically to unlock the potential of every moment in your business and life. As a result, entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders, along with anyone who supports them, can learn to leverage time, energies, and talent to build a successful professional career without sacrificing joy, harmony, and balance in their lives.
