Janie Sanders is an author who was born in Nashville, Tennessee and now lives in Orlando, Florida, with her husband, two children, their dogs, Bleck and Misty and their cat Lia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and works full-time as a professional Health and Wellness writer. Her journey to becoming a passionate advocate of health and wellness, came about after her father died of a stroke and her husband was diagnosed with diabetes. Since then, Janie has devoted much of her time to research and to the study of ways to improve her family’s health and enjoyment of life. The deep knowledge she has gained, as a result of her research, has led Janie to write several books on diabetes, essential oils and dieting, aimed at reaching out to a much wider audience.
