Daniel Powers Jr. is a fractional Chief Product Officer who works with founders and CEOs of growth-stage companies to design and build software that actually supports how their businesses operate. He specializes in clarifying product direction, aligning teams around ownership and decision-making, and translating real-world work into platforms that scale without burning out leadership. Over the past two decades, Daniel has led and advised businesses across physical operations and SaaS, including the design of internal and customer-facing platforms used by more than 15,000 users and generating seven-figure recurring revenue. His work sits at the intersection of business operations, product strategy, and system design helping companies move from tool-heavy chaos to clear, intentional platforms that carry judgment without constant founder intervention. Daniel is the founder of Real Brave and the creator of PracticePad, a software platform built to connect people, work, and decisions inside growing organizations. In addition to his product and operating work, he has served as a national small-business advocate, representing hundreds of operators in policy discussions at the federal level. Outside of business, Daniel is a Grammy-nominated songwriter. He lives in Northern New Jersey with his family.
