He holds a B.A. in Business Psychology and an M.A. in International Management and spent several years working in an international strategy consultancy. During this time, he supported more than 40 strategic mandates across leadership, transformation, and organizational design. In his work, he combines psychological depth with strategic clarity. His focus lies on decision quality, leadership impact, and the question of how responsibility can be shaped sustainably under complex conditions. With his book “The 52 Principles of Optimal Leadership,” he provides a structured collection of evidence-based leadership principles — practical, reflective, and actionable.
