B. Loren was a transplant from Worcester, Massachusetts, to Baltimore, Maryland, in the first year of her life. After her young mother's untimely death, she was kidnapped and raised by a man she thought was her father. She worked as a legal secretary/paralegal for ten years and then moved on to a direct sales business, which changed everything about her life circumstances. Out of this endeavor, she would grow a multi-million-dollar business and raise her two sons to be independent, strong, loving men. She was fixated her entire adult life on giving them the best life she could as a single parent. This book is the only book she is planning to write because she has just one story to tell - the story of her life. She believes this story needed to be told, and now that it's done, she plans to retire with her husband, spend her golden years traveling, and continue making happy wonderful memories. This story will resonate with readers who have overcome an abusive childhood and those searching for where they belong and who they belong to. Bunny's voice is fresh, and although deeply heart-wrenching, her honesty with both the reader and with herself is laced with optimism and embodies the human spirit. Even in the darkest reaches of her storytelling, her drive to succeed and beat the odds shines through.
