The beginning of the book is very strange.

She begins the book talking about her childhood sexual experiences. Which isn't so much the problem it's more that everything sex based in the book is whispered seductively and when talking about herself as a young teen in a way its very uncomfortable and comes across as if it's fantasy written for erotica.

The rest of the book is good and very interesting journey. If you can get pass every time a man is mentioned being whispered in your ear that is.

I didn’t know anything about Maitland but this story is so powerful and deep insights to woman’s soul - the part that is usually not talk about. Thank you for your writing this. It’s fantastically written and superbly narrated. It will be one day a blockbuster movie.

Interesting seeing Hollywood and the other Hollywood side by side. Boy Meets World isn’t a show I remember seeing much of but it’s evident that Maitland is a fascinating and determined woman who has found some peace with her life through adult film.
